VITO frying oil filter wins BEST of Market Award Big award ceremony at Internorga

This year, for the 12th time, various products and concepts entered the race for the BEST of Market Award. Readers of the trade magazines first class, GVMANAGER and 24 Stunden Gastlichkeit have decided - The VITO 50 frying oil filter convinces in the category non-food sustainability. The prize was awarded on 30.04.2022 at the Internorga, the leading trade fair for the hospitality industry in Hamburg, where VITO AG from Tuttlingen was also an exhibitor.


VITO frying oil filters clean the frying oil and free it from all particles. This prolongs the life of the oil enormously and ensures the optimum quality of the oil. In addition to the economic advantages for kitchen operators, the focus is also on ecological benefits. Thanks to a significantly lower demand for frying oil, CO2 emissions are significantly reduced. The use of VITO in kitchens also contributes to waste prevention through less waste oil and reduced packaging consumption. The cellulose filters used for filtration are also fully biodegradable. However, the scope of the VITO effect goes even further. Because the demand for agricultural products is reduced, need for arable land also goes down, the soil is conserved and a contribution is made to maintaining a vital environment and a diverse fauna.
